Nature Wed

   stone tossed in a lichened pond
 ring to nature wed
 soft storm brings rainwater slides
 hiking forest ledge.  

waterfalls with birds
 at ease
 under a cloudy reign 
 rays of sunlight send out warmth
  one star in deep blue way.     

 cathedrals  grow upon the earth
 mostly in green hues
 with crystal windows everywhere
 framing designs of dew.
 
 in these woods I am my own
 unbothered by the streets
 saying yes when cardinals sing
              at last finding some sleep.
